Everyday Sam's makes their bagels homemade and by the end of the day their gone. I love their bagels so much that you have to get a bagel in the morning, to actually get a bagel ...

Best Bagels in Town 7/2/2005

Sam's has the best bagels in town. They have an incredible selection. My favorite is the chocolate chip bagel. It's yummy toasted with butter. Their breakfast sandwiches are great, too. There are a few tables outside, so you can sit outside and people-watch while you eat. more

yummy bagels 6/11/2004

sam's bagels are so much better than noah's bagels up the street that i am always shocked to see people in noah's. sam's are "real" bagels, made the right way, and they're really tasty. even my kids like them and they don't like anything. more

what's up with the oversized dinner rolls posing as bagels up and down the west coast? seems like you have to scour the countryside to find an honest-to-goodness boiled bagel with the glossy exterior and chewy interior that signifies 'bagelness'. turns out that, just a block from a purveyor of the dinner roll variety, you'll find sam's - a legit bagelry in the heart of larchmont. it's not long on decor, but they've got the goods - real bagels to go, plus bagel sandwiches and other assorted goodies just like the upper west side... more
