SCAM!! 4/2/2015

So, I have had nothing but problems since I bought this car. But today tops it off. I called the other day to get my car in for a software update that I received in the mail. I asked how much for an oil change. They quoted 30.00. I went ahead and made an appointment. They called me to let me know my car was done. They told me my total was 78.00!!! They said well it took a full synthetic oil. Why would you not tell me this when I was quoted!!!?? They knew the type of car. And did not bother to tell me after the car was done. What a scam!!! more

Recent Purchase of Dodge Dart 1/27/2015

Worst Service Ever 6/23/2014

SO MANY PROBLEMS AND NOT ENOUGH CHARACTERS TO PUT THEM IN THIS SECTION. The latest problem takes the cake though. I brought it in on 6/20/2014 to have the radio looked at now for a third time. The radio displays 45 degree angled lines through it every time you drive it. The back up camera locks up when you drive in reverse and a body panel peeling up. I dropped it off in the morning. A typical scenario when you drop a vehicle off at Sam Lemans, you are not greeted and you just stand awkwardly until you are finally called on by one of their disgruntled service writers. I was told it would take all day to accomplish all the tasks. I was called at 4:30 and told that they were really sorry but the autobody lost track of time and forgot about my truck but, that my reverse camera was replaced. I asked about the 45 degree lines in the radio and Natalie told me that they didn't know if changing the reverse camera fixed it but I could check it out when I picked it up. I asked her if there was someone that could ride with me so I could point it out if it wasn't fixed and she said probably when I reschedule to get the body panel fixed. I arrived at the dealership at 5:00pm. I opened the door to see lettuce on my front seat. I started it up and my gas light instantly turned on. I originally had over an eighth of a tank left so I looked at my invoice and calculated that they had put 31 miles on my vehicle and nothing had been accomplished. I say, "NOTHING" because I put it in reverse to see if the camera was fixed and the camera looked even worse then what I had started with. I also still have the lines going thru the screen. I've talked to Chrysler and Tim Leman about all these issues. Tim had an excuse for every one of them which are not sufficient to say the least. The one that aggravates me the most is that the employees lied saying that I requested they drive 20 miles because the problem doesn't show up until after that. I have the invoice that says nothing about driving 20 miles. Lies, lies and more lies. more

Great Service 5/29/2012

Ok lets start with the great service I got while looking around. I was never pushed into anything or felt overwhelmed. They took time to show me all the cars they had on the lot until I found the one I liked. Once we found that one I just knew! We took it for a test drive and it had a minor issue I noticed. I understand im getting a used car but I did want it to be just perfect. I felt that it had a slight pull to the left. I asked the salesmen about it and he said it can be fixed. When we arrived back I let them run my credit and the ball was rolling. I told them I would pick up the car first thing in the am and I wanted the pulling issue fixed or the deal was off. When I arrived to my surprise they replaced all 4 tires. They said one of them had a bald spot and that is why it was pulling so to ensure my safety and to make sure there wouldn’t be any problems in the future they replaced all 4. after seeing that kind of customer service I think I found a new home for all my auto needs. more

New!! 5/17/2012

I was looking around for a used Grand Cherokee. I shopped around and didn’t really come up with any luck. One day I stopped by Sam Lemons Chrysler and looked around. The staff here were very nice and helpful. They showed me a few used cars and asked me what my price range was. Then the salesmen took me over to the new car area and I told him this was out of my price range. He said I think I can make it happen and he did. I now am the proud owner of a new Grand Cherokee. I have the staff of Sam Lemons to thank! more

Great Service 5/8/2012

I recently went out car shopping was just thinking of test driving a few cars looking for the car that will fit me the best and come back for it later. When I arrived at the dealership I was expecting one of those pushy sales person too start trying to make a sale. To my surprise they were great they gave me my space never pushing to close the sale. The sales person had tons of information on the cars; they let me know about every detail of the car inside and out. I had originally entered the dealership to get a few test drives and quotes and continue my shopping else where but they definitely gave me a good deal on the car lower then what I was anticipating I just couldn’t let the deal pass. I drove off the dealership that same day with a new Dodge truck and with a low monthly payment. Thank you, more

My mother came in to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and had a great experience. She was weary as she had bad experiences in the past at other dealerships. But, Jason, the sales person, was quick to help my Mom find something that would fit in her budget, then gave her more than Kelly Blue Book for her trade! Needless to say, the rest of the process went very well and she is very pleased. I will be sending all of my friends and family more

I wanted a new charger and didn’t want to get ripped off. I looked all over and throughout my search I came across Sam Lemons Chrysler. When I went there everyone was so nice and friendly.
