If you are considering taking stray cats to Animal Services or a similar shelter, realize only very select, lucky ones may actually get adopted. If a cat is labeled as feral (wild, not social), they will euthanize after the legal holding period. If you have good intentions for cats, there are other options available like Trap Neuter Return programs. If you are looking to adopt, go rescue. They have improved their programs significantly in the past few years. They are a progressive shelter in Utah. more
