I got a hair cut last week, and the stylist seemed slightly worried about how it looked. However, she went ahead and charged me a full price like she had in the past when she actually did a good job. She didn't bother to ask how I felt about the hair cut. In the meantime, the owner walks past me and says, ""for your hair type - I strongly recommend this styling gel"" which I did end up buying. Only once back in my car did I realize that I had used exactly the same product a couple years ago and it didn't work for me at all. So, I went back to the salon to return it, and Hilda flatly refused to take it back. She pointed me to a sign that said 'No refunds for products or services' (which was actually behind a plant), and that it's their policy, and she really didn't care if I returned as a customer or not. I have had enough of this place - would not go back there again!!
