Since I moved to TC three years ago I've been searching high and low for a good hairdresser. I finally found Julie at Salon Elan Vital. She is a seasoned professional with years of expertise under her belt, and it shows in every haircut she gives. I've never been this happy with my hair. Also, the salon itself is adorable and probably one of the only places in town that carries both Aveda and Bumble & Bumble. Thanks Julie!!!
