Salon 911 Day Spa

The owner of the salon, Linda, was amazing when I was in a jam. It was my daughter's 8th birthday and I didn't want to go to the mall for a quick and unclean ear-piercing. I called her salon and she was closed and OPENED for us and treated my daughter like a queen. She was sweet, very calm and my daughter has told all her friends about the "special" way she was treated. I can't believe that kind of service exists today! Skip Claire's Boutique in the mall and have it done right... I suspect Salon 911 provides all it's hair, aesthetic and spa services in the same manner. Thanks Linda! Leah, Hermosa Beach more

I wish that I could give this place ZERO stars because it was the WORST "business" that I have ever dealt with!!! To start, when I originally called to schedule a vacation spa treatment for my wife over a month ago, a fast talking, barely english speaking man answered my call after about 25 rings, took my number, said he would call me back (did not tell me WHEN!!!), and then I never heard back from him or anybody else until a month later (and they ACTUALLY thought I was still interested in their services)!!! By that time I had already booked another spa (Euphoria face and body in West Hollywood...more on them later), thinking that Salon 911 forgot about me. After enjoying our spa treatment from Euphoria, my wife and I were contact by the meanest, most unprofessional person that we have ever seen...a woman named Linda. She was crass, and actually hung up on me when I told her we used another spa's services....even after I told her WHY we went elsewhere...(because NO ONE from her staff contacted us back). Therefore, I will NEVER recommend her spa's services, but will tell others to AVOID them and will also try to contact the head person of her company and will file a complaint because she was very nasty and unprofessional. Linda is the WORST business person we have ever dealt with!!! If you want a REAL spa, try out Euphoria (www.euphoriafaceandbody ). The owner even called my wife and I to make sure that our experince was the BEST we ever had!!! He and his wife and staff treated us like royalty! I had a wonderful experience at Salon 911 for a cut & highlight & massage --- wow!!! The atmosphere of the spa & salon is comfortable & friendly...not like some other pretencious & uncomfortable spas & salons in the area. They have so much experience & are very professional. They have awesome spa packages...can't wait to check them out on my next visit!! more
