I have been a customer of Salon David since they opened. I have been recently disappointed with the lack of favorable customer service that I have received. I have invested my time and money to what used to be a great salon. I recently called to complain about the horrible customer service I received from the receptionist and spoke to the manager at Salon DAVID. I am disappointed to say that the manager was very rude and had the audacity to ask me where I work and what I do, as if that should matter. The only thing that should have mattered was pleasing a customer of more than six years but instead I was lectured on how to be a better customer. The arrogance in the manager?s voice could not have been more apparent. To top everything off I was displeased with the horrible highlights I had received the day before, which I knew would turn orange after a few washes, which does not look good on olive skin. Regardless of the horrible highlights I did not even complain about them because of respect for the stylist. Two friends that I know stopped going to the salon three or four years ago because of bad customer service, and unfortunately I stayed never realizing how uncaring some of the staff is, to include a very ungrateful manager who DOES NOT VALUE HIS CUSTOMERS. I would not recommend this salon to anyone because your money and time is not worth the customer service that you receive. I wasted six years of my time being loyal to a salon that never cared, and I ended up in tears in the end.
Pros: Some of the hair stylists do a good job
