Tiffany at Salon Cherie 11/28/2006

When I go to a salon I look for quality, professionalism, atmosphere and talent. I want to pay for great hair and a great experience. Tiffany H has been my dresser for 4 years. I see her regularly at Keith Kristofer Salon in Westlake. She is amazing. Not only is she ridiculously skilled, she has a great heart. I walk out every time with fantastic hair. She continues to impress me with her natural talent and professionalism. You know you have found a good one when up-do's, cuts, colors, highlights, processes are ALL exceptionally done. I have to book her in advance but it is worth it! She recently did an up-do for my birthday party- everybody loved it all night including me! She totally made my night! Thanks Tiffany! more

Best Hair Stylist/ Colorist- Tiffany Hardwick at Salon Cherie 11/21/2006

Working as an actor and model in LA but living in Austin, I'm very picky and in the past I flew to another state to have my hair colored. After frustration from other hair colorists I did some research and found Tiffany's name here on City Search. I made a consulation and felt like she shared my image change and understood the demands of my work. I felt releaved with her knowledge and ethics and made an appointment for a color correction. Needless to say, she did an amazing job walking me through and explaining the process without compromise to my hair. My hair looks astonishingly better and I cannot wait to see her again in Dec. Pros: Service, Professionalism Cons: None I can think of. more

Carolyn is the Best!!! 11/9/2006

Carolyn did my highlights last week and she did a great job. I have very fine hair and I have trouble finding anyone that gives me enough highlights. Plus it was the perfect blonde too! Everyone at the salon was so nice that I left in the best mood. My husband told me that my hair looked great and he never notices my hair. Thanks so much. Okay I guess, but its rated 10 so my expectation was high. 11/9/2006

After searching citysearch I found this salon to be one of the top ranked ones with a ten. Only a couple have ten. I had my haircut and its okay, but its just okay. I was expecting this would be liek the best salon in town or something. I was also expecting it to be a lot bigger and more elite. Dont get me wrong, its not terrible its just kind of average. No better or worse than other salons I hve been to. I dont know if I would go back or not. more

Extreme makeover specialist 10/11/2006

I've horrible experiences with stylists who couldn't do red hair. Cherie has been the best stylist I've ever had. I just went to my 36th class reunion and I was the belle of ball! Everyone there loved my hair. She is the *most excellent* person for makeovers and color correction. The buzz word for me at the reunion was . . . ""don't you just love her hair! I recently had my hair highlighted by Cheri. I have been highlighting my hair for 15 years --it was by far the BEST hightlight that I have every had. Schedule an appointment for color --she's does a GREAT JOB! more

Perfect color, Awesome cut, Relaxing & Comfortable 7/10/2006

I went to Cheri for the first time a couple months ago for a cut and full color. I'm still very happy with the way my hair looks and my color has not faded at all! Cheri was very professional, sweet, and obviously had great intuition. The color was exactly what I was hoping for (which is not always easy) and she cut layers which made my hair look a lot thicker. I highly recommend Cheri to anyone!! more

Friendly, professional, talented, sincere, and artistic are just a few words that describe Cheri. What a blessing to have found such a skilled hair stylist who is so in tune to what her clients are looking for! From the minute I walked in the door Cheri's bright smile and warm personality made me feel welcome and at ease. She thoughtfully listened to my requests and carried them out perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my fancy new cut and beautiful highlights; I've gotten so many compliments. My visit to Cheri was such a relaxing retreat from the craziness of life. Best Colorist in Austin 6/23/2006

Cheri did a beautiful job on my hair. Going to three other salons in Austin where I got horrible color jobs really made me nervous about finding a new hair salon, but Cheri made me feel right at home. Cheri cured my phobia! 5/21/2006

I had an appointment with Cheri this past Saturday and I can't even begin to describe how happy I am with my haircut! She did an amazing job - I don't think I've ever been this happy with a haircut! I've had horrid experiences with hairstylists before and was always apprehensive about getting my hair done, but Cheri cured my phobia! She made you feel at ease and listened to your requests. I definitely recommend her. I had really long hair and she cut and styled it wonderfully without compromising my hair length! I've gotten numerous compliments! Thanks Cheri! I'm so glad I found you! Cheri is Awesome! 3/30/2006

My boyfriend had hair to the middle of his back and had a job interview the next day. He had a big job interview the next day. Cheri had a cancellation so she could fit him in. He looked amazing when she got through. She worked magic on him. He's pleased and so am I. Cheri is amazing! I recommend her highly. Amazing mermaid hair by Cherri 3/24/2006

I was lucky enough to find Cherri in Austin after moving home from Los Angeles. How was I going to find a top notch colorist and hair extension expert who could rival the greats in West L.A.? I got ridiculously lucky to be turned onto Cherri and am thrilled with my hair extensions and my color. She does not give the overprocessed blonde look too often seen in Texas and dedicates herself to letting the colors blend and reflect the persons natural coloring. I'm going on month five with my extensions and get stopped by strangers daily complimenting my hair. I highly highly recomend her. more

Cheri is a talented hair professional who strives to listen to her clients and give them the look they want, while also being knowledgable about what looks best on them. Another hair colorist had turned my hair a sort of red-green (not a good look for me!) and Cheri fixed that, giving me back my blonde highlights. And no, Cheri isn't cheap, but she is not out of line, either...and remember the axiom, people: We Get What We Pay For In Life. If being beautiful was cheap and easy, everyone would do it. True color specialist! 3/2/2006

A hair dresser at a different salon misunderstood what I wanted for my hair. Instead of having very blonde hair with a few chunky dark pieces I ended up with a horrible funky brown and she then refused to fix it. I found Cheri by doing a corrective colorist search. She worked her schedule to take me the very next day. Cheri did a beautiful job! She brought my hair back to an even prettier blonde with very minimal damage. Then prescribed just the right products to continue bringing my hair back to it's original health. I have since gone back for color maintainance and she cut my hair this time. I have had complete strangers compliment me on my hair. She is a true color specialist! Pros: Knowlegeable, Skilled, Friendly more
