Generous portions of solid, albeit not sensational Italian. You get the sense everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients in a straightforward manner. Antipasto is large and is more like a big salad than anything too gourmet (don't expect prosciutto or premium Genoa salami). Red sauces are fine, but not memorable. Service was a big plus - very friendly, nice people here. They recommended a very good bottle of wine at $13(!).
