We visited this place because of the good reviews I read on Citysearch.\r
They served some vegetables while we waited for our Vietnamese egg rolls. The egg rolls looked like they were over-fried. They also tasted like they were fried in old oil, yuck. \r
I had a roast pork and shrimp egg noodle soup which was pretty good, until I ate the last shrimp. It tasted funny and I had to expel it! My SO ordered the combination pho. The flavor of the soup and the noodles were good, but the beef was TOUGH. \r
Not sure where the good reviews came from. But we?re not giving the place a second chance. We have had better Vietnamese food even at the chain restaurant Pho Que Huong in Dallas.\r
I had a stomach ache a few hours later, which I suspect was from the bad shrimp. If it matters, I am Asian and I am not really prone to getting sick eating at Asian restaurants.
Pros: Good service
Cons: Bad experience with food
