Bad reviews? 9/5/2010

I have had Sage Telecom for more than 3 years and have had next to zero problems. In that time I have had to call about a repair twice and both times it was fixed in a day. BTW, I live in a rural area and that's not a problem. I've heard some complain it's not reliable for computer hook-up in rural areas, that's what satellite is for! more

Worst telephone company ever 1/15/2009

I do not recommend this company to anybody. They schedule a date to connect your service and they never show up. I had to call them so many times to remind them and they kept changing the date. I had to wait for more than 10 days and they still kept giving me excuses. I finally canceled and am waiting to get my money back in 3 to 5 business days. I called another company that is connecting my service in 1 day. So do not do any business with Sage Telecom. more

This company opened an account for someone who stole my name. This account rolled into collections. Even though I have filed a police report and reports with goverment agencys and the credit bureaus, they are not responding and have not removed this bogus account from my credit reports.\r \r I sent all the information to them as well as the credit bureaus.\r The credit bureaus are investigating.
