all ingredients are fresh and you can taste the difference. My favorite here is the teriyaki chicken and udon noodles with shimp tempura. The place is small so you have to dine outside in the common eating area. The suishi is great too. Service is so-so. Dishes here are reasonably priced. Don't expected to be greeted with open arms here. Food is good but the cashier and the person gettting you the food act like it's a bother and that they are going out their way to serve you. No smiles. My last visit here was 9/2/05. They would of gotten more stars but the girl getting our food had a "sour" face and didn't want to get me a refill on coke even though the signs says free refill. I bought a med size so it's not like I bought the smallest one to get 10cents worth of liquid out of you.
