I had an AWFUL experince here!! I had been a customer for years. I bought my 6 year old a costume there only to find out when opened the day of his school party it has NO MASK. After being REFUSED a credit the owner told me where to go in EXPLICIT language!! I cant belive such an OVERPRICED store aiming to please children would dissapoint this way! If you like being treated like dirt while paying top dollar you should shop here!! more

This place has the feel of an old fashioned toy shop. There are toys everywhere you turn. It is not a place where you can walk right in and pick out what you want. I get so drawn into looking at everything I sometimes forget what I am in there to get. It is so worth stopping in to see what they have. Everyone there is so friendly. I wish there were more places like this around these days. more

If you've lived in Pittsburgh long enough, chances are you know about SW Randall. Even if you didn't, you probably know someone whose parents took them to make the trek downtown every year around Christmas time to look at all the wonderful toys you hoped Santa would leave under your tree. From the outside of the building, this store looks very small. But inside is three floors bursting with anything a child could want. Collectible dolls and doll houses, Thomas the Tank Engine and other trains, Erector sets, Beanie Babies, educational baby toys from companies like LaMaze, rocking horses, toy chests and much much more.They have 3 other retail stores, so chances are if they don't have it at this one, they can have it shipped there for you from one of their other sites. Go here if you are tired of looking at the same old things at Toys R Us. P.S. this refers to the one downtown, which is on Smithfield Street, not Station square. more

Who needs FAO when you've got S. W. Randall? I remember going here when I was little and absolutely loving the selection of toys and games. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind gift, this is the place to find it. They've got everything from Legos to Hello Kitty and a ton of classic wooden toys. Such a great store in Station Square! more

S.W. Randall Toys and Gifts is the place to go if you want to find a quality toy for your child or if you're just a kid at heart. You won't find many Barbie dolls or action figures here. Puzzles, learning games, and building blocks are king here. There is a good deal of Hello Kitty merchandise, but it's clustered in a corner. Whether you're looking for stocking stuffers or a large gift, this a great place to shop. more
