We have SBC for our local, long distance, and DSL. Last week the phone stopped working so we called SBC to have it fixed. After three separate visits, the got the phone working but did something to the DSL. We haven't had DSL acccess now for 5 days and counting. Each time we've called SBC we either get caught up in automated voice response hell or we end up talking with a person in India who asks us to explain our situation from the beginning. Argh!!!!!!!
