Top-Notch Service! 3/10/2011

My service provider was excellent! My car was in for over a week due to the part being on back order – not their fault. It was nice that they took the time every couple days to contact me just to keep me informed with what was going on. I appreciate how considerate they are. more

Actually, since my purchase of my car I have NEVER had a bad or negative experience with Russel Subaru..... Last time I showed up on a very busy day without an appointment. Everyone was very friendly & showed me the utmost of customer care. Won’t go anywhere else! more

If I had to pick a perfect place to buy a car this would be it! I was not happy about having to get a new car after my car broke down, but the staff at Russel Mazda made my experience a pleasure. They kept me within my budget while meeting all my needs. They even got me GPS in my car! I left in a better mood than I came and in my book that is a job well done! more

A visit worth sharing 12/30/2010

When I drove on to the lot I was greeted by many smiling faces. I was very guarded as I entered the dealership and I did not want to be swarmed. But at Russel Volkswagen I was not pressured and no one attacked me as soon as I got there. I was given time to look around I was approach in a calm fashion. It made the whole experience very easy to handle. more

Across the board I only have good things to say about Russel Subaru. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was excellent. The inventory was stocked and I ended up driving off the lot in beautiful new car. I could not have done it without the staff. They were so helpful and really put my mind at ease during the whole process. more

Although the purchase felt spontaneous, I had spent a lot of time last year researching vehicles and after test driving the vehicle in November I knew it was what I wanted! Excellent place to buy a car and have it serviced correctly and with the customer in mind. The staff was very nice and friendly. I was met with a smile and they made sure I had all my questions answered. I love the facility. Wi-Fi was available when I was there. Please go check out what they can do. They are excellent. more

I usually don’t write reviews on any websites but let’s make this an exception. I was treated poorly with other dealerships but Russel Volkswagen took great care of me like I’m part of the family. They answered all my questions in a short amount of time, which I totally appreciate due to my busy schedule. Melvin makes me feel extremely welcome upon my first arrival 9/8/2010

First time at Russell Volkswagen in this location and I’m quite impressed! I’ve hear many great things about this place and so far, everything seems to be accurate! Melvin makes me feel extremely welcome upon my first arrival. He took the time out to show me the entire new car selection. Very knowledgeable fella! My most favorite was the 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Compact since it’s the perfect size for me! It was like love at first sight! I love how comfortable the car is but most of all, I love the price! I feel like I got a great deal! Thank you so much! more
