I've been going to Ru-Sans for a while now, at least a couple years on a semi-regular basis. I like it quite a bit. A lover of sushi, such as me, may love it, if they get past the fact that the sushi is cooked. Well at least some of it. There's the tradditional plain salmon, tuna, etc. kind of rolls, and then there is other kinds that aren't as traditional, an American twist on the old favorites. They could use less mayonaise-esque sauces, and tone some of the flavors down a bit. But some of it is just too good. I personally only go for the lunch buffet, getting all the kinds I can find, and loving a mojority of it all. There are even some non-sushi items, such as wings, rice, and dessert ""poofs"" (heh ^_^) . The music tops off the atmosphere, making it fun, edgy, and relaxing.... Well, except the loud parts. Hopefully Ru-Sans may either expand, or get more attentive dining staff. They tend to get forgetful during rushes upon rushes of customers. But when there's only five tables filled... It's heaven for the fun, casual diner, or even a four-teen year-old by him-or-her self.
Pros: Ambience, friendly cooks, and food.
Cons: Rush Hour=Noise and Lack of Service
