I have been using Rudulph Real Estate to manage my rental properties since 2002. They have always done a great job for me and been honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst

It is obvious that they are a stereotypical landlord. They rip off the tenants and they rip off the homeowners. I would use someone else. Rudy's dad must have taught him the sluml...

I just ended my lease after 3 years with Rudulph. I'm updating my previous review as I now understand that the company has made many positive changes over the last 2 years. I received prompt, professional service and was treated fairly through the end of my lease and on final move out. I would rent from them again based on my experience, and you should not hesitate either. Don't trust any reviews from more than a year or so ago... they've changed for the better. Great, GREAT experience. more

Excellent property management company. Very professional, friendly staff. Any maintenance issues that arose with the property were handled immediately, same day on several occasions. We were treated with the utmost respect at all times and were always made to feel that our needs were very important. We rented from Rudulph for two years and if we were not moving out of state, we would definitely want to rent one of their properties again. more

Rudy keeps me informed at all times about my property, address issues as they may arise, and make sure that the property is maintained. This place is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. I know for a fact that this is not just me because my Aunt had the same problem. No only do they not take care of the problems that come with the places you rent, when you end your relationship with them, they do everything possible to keep the deposit money you put in. Thus, consider it gone as soon as your write that check. more

I have been a customer of Rudulph Realty for approximately 20 years. During that period of time, the company has been responsive to my needs as a lessor and those of the lessee. Overall we have always had a positive experience with the company. I believe the extended period of association with Rudulph speaks more than any words can express. more

Great experience!! I will be going back to them if I ever need to rent again. The office has been great to work with for the 2 years I was with them. Maintenance was always done quickly. My deposit was returned within a few weeks and the charges for repairs were within reason. Rudy and his staff know how to take care of their tenants. more

Do not rent from them! They will take all of your deposit even if you do everything on their list. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews that said this!!! I spent so much money getting the carpet cleaned, painting and fixing things that were messed up before we moved in and it didn't matter. more

My girlfriend and I just moved to the 6/5/2012

My girlfriend and I just moved to the bay area and after 2 days of looking at places that seemed nice on line, but were really dumps we looked at it in person. Here's what I think, if the Rudulph name is on the listing it's going to be a really nice property. The bonus is you have Rudulph in your corner handling all of the details promptly and efficiently. They make the ultimate goal finding a home that you love. more

Good service 4/18/2012

I signed a year lease but decided to move out about 4 months earlier. I found someone to take over my lease and that whole process was completed within a day. So easy. Know why? I READ the contract I signed and knew how to handle that situation and exactly how much it would cost me. more

I'm actually pretty happy with Rudulph. The staff is cool and the maintenance people are nice. The grounds are kept clean. It's very quiet. The walls here are extremely thick and the windows are magically soundproof. i seldom hear anything from outside of my apartment. more

We have been under other property management before and none really gave us the personal feel that Rudulph has. They were always prompt with answering our questions and took our concerns seriously. more
