I know it is just a Mall Bar. But my God this place is awful. I had the worst service. NOT once but I went back there 3 times. I know more fool me. But I kept thinking maybe I got them on a bad day. Apprently every day IS a bad day there. The food the service. so my advice is to stay away. There is an excellent food court in the same mall. Pros: NONE more

prefer the drive thru 3/6/2005

This place was horrible! The food was processed, frozen, and not very tasty. The service was real bad. They brought my soup out WITH my entree! And after we got the check, the server ignored us and stopped refilling our drinks. This place is a prime example of why corporate resturaunts dont work. The only way that I would eat here again is if I was broke, because the food is pretty cheap. Cons: food, service, ambience more

My Favorite Ruby Tuesday 7/31/2002

used to come drink there @ night when we knew the bartender after I moved here in 6/96 following a year home in NY after the Navy. Now I finally go on occassion to eat & overall, it's a fine place (I LOVE that it's in the mall, which makes for a unique dining experience that's better than a stand alone chain like Ruby's, TGIF, etc). more
