Bought a new Prius through Jason, the online sales expert. The price was great, the include 20 year 200,000 mile powertrain warranty a real benefit, but it was the lengths they went to get us the car we want, sending a guy up to Seatle to swap for the color we wanted. Jason and Royal Moore Toyota are winning combination that I without hesitation recommend to anyone seeking a new Toyota.\r more

This dealership is awesome. I went in to see a Toyota Tundra because my wife thought it would compare to the F150 I was planning to buy (I have always been a ford guy). When I got there, I was so impressed with the tundra, I bought it that night (although I didn't drive it home because they had to order the one in the color I wanted). I do have to say I was a little nervous about how young the salesman was, but he turned out to be very knowledgeable, and when we got inside it felt as though everyone in the dealership came together to make sure I got the best deal possible. The staff was all really friendly, and I got a great family vibe. Also, when the truck came in the salesman came by to pick me up so I could drive the new truck home ( I dont live far from the dealer, but it was a nice gesture). This is by far the best buying experience I have ever had, and would recommend them to anyone, (even stubborn old ford guys like me).\r more

Spent a couple of hours at the dealership getting ht ebest price after a tes drive. Overall, very happy with the car and the price paid. Best part was not having to deal with pushy sales staff. Not what I expected at all. Previous experiences with sales staff were nothing like this...which is awesome. I will be back to Royal Moore for my next car.\r more

Unfortunately they didn't have the car I was looking for. They did at least put a great effort into finding one though and were apologetic even if it wasn't their fault they didn't have one. Their customer service and product knowledge was exceptional. They were able to answer every question I threw at them accurately. They tried to show me other similar cars without being pushy. They did have a great selection of other vehicles but I had my heart set on the 09 Corolla S which seems to be a hot commodity right now. They were all very helpful and friendly and family oriented. I will definitely go back to them in the future.\r more

I chose to go to Royal Moore Toyota merely for convenience to my home. It's much closer to me. From the first time I went here, I've been treated with nothing but respect from all the salesman and the other employees in the service department.
