often missed picked up on Saturday. How often: missed 3 times a month. Call customer service, they said they would leave a note to make sure the trash is picked up on Saturday. It didn't happened. Call again, talk to the same person, she said she would give me credit for not having the service and she will add one more note to the account. Trash still hasn't been picked up on Saturday. Called again, talk to another person and she said no notes were entered on my account. Asked to talk to the manager, i was advised that managers there don't speak or listen to customer. Also, they don't give credit to customer no matter what! Is their customer service a joke?
