I was not happy with the service I received from Royal Appliance on my Kitchenaid appliances. I was having trouble with my fridge and dishwasher not working. The fridge got fixed on the first trip and it took 3 more trips to finally get the dishwasher fixed. Problems ranged from service techs not being thorough to simply not doing their job at all. On the third trip a service tech came out to install a part and the wrong part was in the box. He told me he would call to check on getting a new correct part and would get back with me in 45 min. He never called back. When I called into the main office about 2 hrs later I found out he had never even called in to check on anything at all. I had previously spoken with a manager about the difficulties I was having and he agreed to take $20 off the labor. When the service tech came out again (the fourth trip) to installed the correct part the dishwasher finally worked but the labor price for about 15 mins of work was $60 minus the $20 making it $40. When they came to fix my fridge about 4 weeks earlier it was $40 labor for about 15 min of work. Looked fishy to me so I called the manager and asked for an explaination and he said labor prices range between $40 and $300 depending on what is being done. I don't buy it and neither should you. Do NOT use this company!
