I have never been treated so poorly or given such bad customer service for repair work that is supposed to guaranteed. The work was not completed on time or was really never fixed...so the issue still persists. The higher in the organization you go..the less they care about their customers...I guess they just figure since they are one of the only games in town...they can get away with it...
