Roy Lomas Carpets & Hardwoods

There were ripples in my 20 year old carpet. I called Roy Lomas Carpets and they sent out a technician to stretch the carpet. He did an amazing job. He pulled up the carpet at the wall and pulled it across the room. I was in shock at how the carpet moved and the ripples went flat. The technician explained that depending how long the carpet was rippled, even though the carpet was flat it may be creased. He explained that with vacuming and light cleaning the creases should come out. He removed all large pieces of pad and carpet then asked it I had a vacumm to get the small pieces. I told him I would take care of the clean up. After we vacummed and put the furniture back, the carpet looked like it had just been laid. I would call Roy Lomas Carpets for any service I need on my carpet in the future. The service was done in a professional manner, they worked around my schedule, showed up when they said they would and the price was reasonable. more

When I purchased my carpet from Roy Lomas Carpets I was completely unaware of what I wanted and what the costs of carpet would be. It would have been easy for a sales person to take advantage of me, but the salesman at R.L.C. was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I was completely satisfied with my experience in the store. When my carpet was installed, the young men were polite and very careful with all of my property. They did not scratch or dent a single piece of my furniture. My carpet looks amazing and still does. I have recommended them to my family and friends. more

I work at Roy Lomas Carpets and am upset over the above story. It is a black mark on our company. Each and every one of our employees is embarrassed that such a thing could happen. We take great pride in the quality of our work and customer experience. Unfortunately, this did not happen to this customer. more

Had a friend who used Roy Lomas to install carpet in his newly finished basement so I decided to call them to install carpet and hardwood floor in our new house. EXTREMELY professional from beginning to end. Low-pressure made it easy to purchase from them. We clearly described the use for each room and they gave us several routes we could take for carpet and hardwoods. We decided not to put hardwoods in our family room which in the long run was the best decision for us since our family (and two dogs) spend so much time in that room. I am so appreciative of their honest opinion. more
