Eclectic Cuisine, Good Service 3/6/2005

The decor at Roy is funky and eclectic. The fish at Roy is prepared well. Service is really good, the waiters are honest and full of opions. It's opened late and has a cute bar. It's very hip, not crowded with UCSB students. Pros: Atmosphere, Food, Location more
