All reviews seem positive

Small but Nice 7/20/2005

Even though this place is not huge, I like this movie theater. The tickets were moderately priced, and they do not have a wide selection of movies. However, I like that there were not a lot of people and it was not too crowded. However, the seats in the theater were not too comfy, but I liked the food stands. more

Fun, ecclectic theatre offers diverse films 5/2/2005

The Roxie is a wonderful hipster scene in the middle of the fabulous Mission District. They have some of the best offerings of independent and local films. I've seen a number of my recent favorites at the Roxie. Many of their films are vying for distribution. This is a great way to support low-budget noncommercial cinema. And the fresh popcorn is delicious too! more
