Second mile 9/3/2013

I continue to give this company my business because they go the second mile. Recently my car started to overheat while I was in traffic. I was about 1-2 miles away from the shop but seeing a thick gush of black smoke made me afraid to risk driving the car any further. I knew to do so could make matters worse. I called the shop and the owner, Howard, came to where I was and drove my car back to the shop to my great relief. This saved my car serious harm. Once my car was safely at the shop, I left it, and received a ride home also. The next day I had my car back and it was driving fine. Thanks Roving Auto. more

2007 Corolla battery replacement 7/28/2013

I had what I thought was a dying battery. They quickly and efficiently tested it, determined that it was bad and replaced it within 90 minutes. The mechanic that actually did the work, came in and explained what he'd found. Perhaps I could have gone to an Auto Parts store but with Roving Auto, I have the confidence that the mechanic working on my car is actually a trained mechanic and not a 'counter person'. I also do not have to endure the 'upsell'. They install just what I need. And they do it with a polite, professional attitude. more

Terrible customer service and prices!!! 7/27/2013

I had my car towed to this shop and they took advantage of me because of my compromising situation. Add unnecessary repair fees and were unprofessional! After I got my car back there were a whole new set of problems! I would rather walk then to pay these people to fix my car ever again! I wouldn't give them any stars. more
