Good Service 4/1/2011

Don't Bother! 9/29/2008

I have a 14 yr old honda civic w/60,000 miles on it. Yes it is old and ugly, but thought it would run for 200,000 miles, so I keep it as a second car. Service advisor at Roush was pompus and treated me like a pauper and wouldn't give me a date of when they would look at it. It has been 3 days and they have not called back. I had a friend call and ask when they could get their car in and surprisingly there is an appointment first thing tomorrow. Mine still sits there. more

Check this place out for a new car 8/24/2005

We stopped by Roush Honda when looking for our last new car. We didn't find exactly what we were looking for but we were pleased with the service. We could have gotten a great deal if we decided to buy. We also took our older honda into the service department for repairs. One of the windows was stuck and they had it fixed in one day for a reasonable price. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. more

Not planning on going back 8/16/2005

I have an older Honda Accord that we used to take to Roush for service as it was close to work. I had a few oil changes and other standard maintenance checks done there when a check engine light came on. We took it in and they diagnosed it as a faulty sensor. It was going to be about $800 to fix it. I asked about 10 times whether it was part of a recall (the car only had about 70,000 miles on it and I wasn't planning on doing this every 70 grand) and they said no. I decided that I would wait and get a second opinion so when I went to pick up the car they said that it actually was part of a recall and that there would be no charge. I am not sure why the first three people I talked to didn't identify it as a recall issue but the whole situation left me uneasy. I haven't been back to the service department since then. Other than that incident, however, it seemed to be a good service shop. more
