Best

Took my cat for an exam and everyone was very nice. The vet took time explaining to me what was wrong and took great care of my kitty. I had to call back once and ask a question...

Worst

Took my pug there because she looked like she was not feeling so well. The receptionist was a B*/*$% and the when the vet looked at the dog she said she would have to take X-Rays...

Great Service 1/29/2011

Took my cat for an exam and everyone was very nice. The vet took time explaining to me what was wrong and took great care of my kitty. I had to call back once and ask a question and the person on the phone was very nice and helpful. Oh, and on the way out, my cat got away from me in the parking lot one of the technicians came out (without me asking) and caught my kitty for me just before he was about to dart out into the road. more

Hated it Twice 2/1/2009

Took my pug there because she looked like she was not feeling so well. The receptionist was a B*/*$% and the when the vet looked at the dog she said she would have to take X-Rays and the dog would have to stay a night so we left her there and came back to find out she had a urinary tract infection and then proceeded to make an app. for a surgery which would make things better you would think. When that was over and brought her home a few days went by and she started to look worse then before. So we brought her back and they told us that the surgery did not work and that they would have to put her down. I don't think they know what they are doing and they weren't compassionate at all. Never went back after that more

Didn't like anything about it 8/5/2005

My cats went to these vets. I didn't like anything about it. The receptionist was unfriendly and just barked orders at you. The place itself had high ceilings which echoed the barking of dogs. My poor cats probably thought there were hundreds of dogs in there instead of the 2 loud barking dogs there were. When I finally saw the vet 30 minutes after my appointment, she barely looked at the cats and just filled them with shots. Then I went to pay. I had to wait a long time while the receptionist was on the phone. When I got the bill I wanted to faint. It was very high- I think almost 100 each cat. I don't go there anymore. more
