In six months we had to call Roto-Rooter twice for backups in our kitchen sink. Two months later our sink was stopped up again. Our six month guarantee had run out and we didn?t think we had any money to fix the problem. The next day, I called Roto-Rooter and they offered to send a Plumbing Tech out right away at no charge to examine the problem. The Tech, whose name was Devon, came out and, after a quick examination, knew what the problem was. First of all, I was impressed with his professionalism, and secondly, I reluctantly sent him away because I thought we couldn?t afford it. When I called my husband he told me that we did have the money--to call Roto-Rooter back. Immediately, I called Roto-Rooter, and to my surprise they told me that Devon, the Plumbing Tech, could be back at our house in a few hours! WOW, I thought, that?s an excellent turnaround! The Tech came in a few hours just like they said. He was very nice, polite and professional. He got to work right away on the problem and fixed it, asking me to test out the sink to see if it was to my satisfaction. It worked better than it had before! Not only that but Devon, the Tech, sat down and gave me a list of things we should not be putting in our garbage disposal. Everything he mentioned we shouldn?t be doing, we were doing. Now that we know better, we will do better. We believe that Roto-Rooter, not only cares about the quality of their work, but after this experience, I believe that they are concerned about people and their peace of mind. This morning we had a stopped up kitchen sink, by the afternoon we were in business. My husband is happy and I?m happy. That makes for a happy family!
