Roto-Rooter cleaned my sewer line a few months ago. Recently, a week or so after the expiration of your six month warranty, the line plugged again. Roto-Rooter sent out Joe Tolbert on a courtesy call. Instead of a merely perfunctory call, Mr. Tolbert spent at least an hour identifying the problem with a TV scan. He was able to locate and mark the problem exactly. He also could not have been nicer. Very impressive. Thanks.
