I felt like our tech went over and above to correct our problem. I called on a Saturday evening and they said the tech would be out in about 40 minutes but he got tied up on a previous job. The roto-rooter office kept us informed the entire time. more

Dave and Doug showed up one hour after I called Roto Rooter 800 number off of website main page. Cleaned out sewer line to the street, and highly informative on how to maintain and/or resolve tree root issues. Left the work area (basement) very clean. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7-11-13 Quick Response/Problem solved 7/15/2013

Overall, I had a great experience with Roto-rooter plumber in Cincinnati, OH. I called because my sink was backing up from water from heavy rains. The gentlemen was at my house in less than an hour and had the pipe un-clogged less than an hour later. I asked him about a coupon on-line and he honored it--no questions asked. He made a very difficult situation, much easier. I didn't give them 5 stars because the overall price seemed pretty steep for what they did--I understand they have set pricing--but it seemed a bit higher than what it should have been. more

Great Service 7/8/2013

First of all I would like to say how thankful I am that your business is open 24/7. It was sunday when our main sewer line backed-up and I figured I would have to pay a fortune for plumbing service. Not only was it cheaper than I thought the technician was very courteous and professional. He didn't rush through and try to get out of here, he didn't like how the water was flowing so he stayed and worked on it until he was satisfied that it was okay. He also took the time to clean up any mess that was created. I really appreciate the timely service and the professionalism. Thank you more

We have a house on the market that a tenant just moved out of and we discovered the upstairs bathroom sink was not draining. We had showings all weekend and after quite some time trying to get the drain cleared ourselves and amidst fixing other damage the tenant left behind we needed a plumber from the Cincinnati area FAST. \r \r I called Roto Rooter and even though they were slammed from the rain the Cincinnati area had been getting the last few days they were able to come out within just a few hours to take care of the drain that evening. The service was wonderful all around and the quick response was beyond greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend using them if you're ever in need. more

Got great plumber help on very short notice here in Cincinnati. Our basement was flooding because the main line was clogged. Water and sewage everywhere. The roto rooter guys were able to send Julian about 1 hour later, and he made sure everything was taken care of. It took two different machines to get the roots out of the main line. Julian was extremely helpful and professional throughout. I also appreciated that he stuck to the estimate that had been given on the phone. I will definintely recommend this plumber service to everybody. more

We had a major drain backup and called Roto-Rooter. The technician worked diligently late into the evening and jetted the drains and we were back working with no problems. Our technician was VERY knowledgable and even gave me thorough preventative steps to take in the future. Great job! more

After discovering a sewage backup in our finished basement (UGH) on a Sunday evening, we called Roto-Rooter. They were excellent. I was especially impressed with the phone calls I received from Roto-Rooter to let me know when I could expect the technician. They would call to let me know if they were running on time, and then call again to let me know when they were on their way. Chris arrived at 10:30 p.m. on a Sunday....pleasant & very helpful. He was here until 1 a.m.-- problem fixed. Felt price was very fair. more
