Very impressed! I had a problem with an overflowing toilet at midnight and called Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati, OH. Even though they said it would take up to two hours, Chris was there within an hour. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining my options. He fixed the problem very quickly and made everything easy, all in the middle of the night! I would definitely recommend. more

I had a issue with clogged drain when I called they said it would be about a 2 hour wait it was only little more than a 1 hour wait . the represenitive (Anthony) explained all my options from the lease amount to the top price he started with the least but my luck he had to do the most when it was all said and done the drain was opened, but he did not have a part on his truck had to make a special trip (I feel he went out of his way to do his job) also when the job was completed he cleaned up the area he was working gave me a few tips to keeping the drains cleaned an exceptional job thanks Anthony. more

The first day they didn't show in their two hour window and called an hour and 15 minutes after the window had passed. The next day they called when they were on their way so we met in Union, KY right on time. The guy was honest about price and time and was done asap. Thanks more

My kitchen sink was clogged due to shoving too much down my garbage disposal and was backing up on both sides of the sink. My husband tried unclogging it but the problem was way down in the pipes that ran through the house. So I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing they sent a tech out in 2 hours. I had used them last year and had gotten great service so I called them again. Louis assessed the problem and used a machine with a very long snake and unclogged it in no time. The technician was very good at determining where the problem was and educated me on the need for running plenty of water down the drain before turning on the disposal and not putting garbage too fast down the disposal. more

Roto-Rooter Pl 6/24/2014

Roto Rooter came and continued working on trying to find the source of the water coming through my basement floor. The also sent someone with a camera but they still weren't able to find the source of the water issues. They are going to continue to find the source and I'm hopeful that they will. more

This was my first time calling Roto-Rooter (Morrow, OH) - our sump pump failed late at night, and with the storms moving through we wanted to get someone out as quickly as possible. I received a call first thing in the morning and the service associate was at my house at the earliest possible time in the range given. He was friendly and courteous, made sure I understood the work and the costs, and took the time to explain everything to me once he was finished. Definitely will use this company again! more

Our first service man was polite and did the best job that he could. He was clean and courteous and did a thorough check of what could possibly be causing the problem. The next day, when the toilet continued to leak, they sent another service man immediately. It was just a minor oversight by the previous service man (just a loose bolt), but it was fixed and the service man stayed to check it several times over so I did not have to call them again. This was at no charge. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for their fast and friendly service, and for fixing a minor error on their part for no charge. more

We had water backed up in our basement, on a Sunday night!! We called Roto-Rooter expecting to have to wait till Monday before any thing could be done, but they had someone here in a very short period. When the first man who came out had trouble with it instead of giving up or doing a poor job they sent Chris and Bill out to us. They came in looked at it and in a matter of mins were hard at work, got the roots out of my drain showed me what i needed to do to keep it in working order. They were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable.I hope i never have to call them again but its good to know that i can!! more

Roto Rooter came and did my excavation to replace the sewer pipe in my backyard. It was an amazing process - HUGE hole!! But the men who came to do the work were very nice and extremely professional. They explained everything they had to do, and the things they MIGHT have to do to get the equipment to the work site in yard. They were very careful, and didn't take out any thing more in the landscaping than they absolutely had to.\r \r I was also quite pleased when they discovered they would not have to tear up the end of the driveway like we had thought. And even better - and who would ever believe a company would do this - they LOWERED the cost from the estimate because they didn't have to do as much work!\r \r Work is great, communication is great, pricing is great. I will always call Roto Rooter for my plumbing needs! more
