I am constantly incensed after dealing with these people. Having had my vehicle for little more than a month, it spent a good deal of that time at their garage. This is due mainly to their poor communication skills, uninvolved after-sales group, and inattentive technicians. Customer service truly is a foreign concept with this troupe. Within the 1st week I had 4 outstanding problems with the vehicle. All of which I had noticed at purchase and was told would be corrected in a day. Two weeks later and having taken a few days off from work, only three had been corrected. Dealing with Rosenthal has been a lesson in self-control and logical reluctance. Our realtor relayed a story that should have kept us from Rosenthal. However, figuring that every story has two sides, we tried their service department for our Chrysler, ended up taking it to Koon's Dodge (great service, BTW). Slow learners, we went back to Rosenthal to test drive a car. Waited over an hour while they tried to jump start any of the Cruisers. Made an appointment to test drive the following day, same problem, another 90 minutes wasted. Made yet another poor judgement & bought a car from their Gaithersburg location. Didn't pass Virginia inspection, wasted another three hours trying to get a resolution that didn't involve taking time off work. Giving up, will take to another dealer & pay for rental.
