I wish I could rate them at zero stars! They do a horrible job, then give you the runaround after the service is done. Their salesmen have no clue of how to do a layout, they just want a commission. They came back three times to do repairs to inferior work. A salesman came a few weeks ago to write down what needs to be fixed. The repair men showed up yesterday without the new hardware that was need, and without tools, because they were not notified of what was needed to be done. Their clueless supervisor (Tom in the Huntington showroom) did not provide them with adequate information with what had to be done. I was very frustrated, then called Tom, and explained the situation. For the second time, he gave me a very unproffesional attitude, like it was my fault that things went wrong. He then started to raise his voice at me, I became frustrated, and said why are you giving me an attitude, he said that I was giving him an attitude, then proceeded to call me an asshole, and other choice words. I hung up on him and then called the freeport showroom to complain. They were not much of a help as usual. I asked to speak to the owner, and ofcourse the person there said she was not there at the time. He then told me to have the repairmen look at what has to be done. They were the only cooperative people in this situation,, and the poor guys go through hell with their so called boss TOM the loser!!! Now once again, I have to wait and see what happens. Now its time to contact the Better Business Bureau.
