I brought three of my father-in-law's jackets for dry clean 2-3 weeks ago. When I got them back over a week later, one of the jackets was totally damaged.. it's frosted and broken..!! I did not take it back with me as it all damaged and I was not charged for. The Cleaner did not offer any payment.. but told me to buy a new jacket for him. I was shocked and speechless at the time. I went home to tell my father about situation and he said it's ok.. A week later, he told his daughter about the situation and that he wants a new jacket. I stopped by following week to talk to Cleaner Lady and asked for help paying for the jacket.. Unfortunately, she refused to pay for any and said that's not her false. Her reasons were that the Jacket had no label to indicate which fabric made of and care instruction and that she took my word for it.. She added that ""if I didn't know, she didn't know either.."" but shouldn't she know or at least to let me know if she didn't know.. I told her that most of my wife's clothes were custom made and had no labels. If she's not responsible with clothes that have no labels, how could I trust her of service.. She, then, told me to not bring any clothes for cleaning.. She also mentioned to me about lawyer.. Well, my message is to be careful to do business or service. They may look friendly when giving them money.. but not so when you want it back.. Good luck!!
Pros: Friendly if get money..
Cons: Not so if give back money.
