I had a feeling this was going to be a horrible experience. I called the day before to make a ""New Patient"" appointment and was very specific as to what I wanted done. The receptionist was somewhat rude over the phone and I felt rushed to give her information, or ask any questions. \r
Well, I would classify this appointment as ""the biggest waste of my time"". The receptionists are very rude. They are not personable at all. I was greeted with a big and nasty ""can I help you?""... Well, HELLO TO YOU TOO!! I waited 45minutes for my appointment. When they assistant called my name, all she said to me was walk all the way to the back of the hall into that room... No HELLO, no nothing, I don't even know what her name was..\r
I saw Dr. Joy Ziemann, she was polite. But, I felt very rushed through the appointment. After having poured out all of my intimate health concerns with her, I didn't receive any rapport in regards to my concerns. That's all I could say, the appointment with the doctor didn't last more that 5 minutes. It just seemed like she didn't care much about her patient.\r
Check-out was ridiculous. There were mean-faced assistance, looked like they were ready to knock someone out. And, my co-pay was collected, with no word in exchange whatsoever. She was too busy talking to everyone else around her about some stupid paper cutter that didn't work. I purposely, stood there starring at her after she was done taking my payment. But, she just walked away and didn't say anything at all.\r
Hmm.. I kind of needed to make an appointment, and had she looked over my paperwork instead of playing around with the papercutter she would have known that.\r
But, I dont care about making another appointment with that facility, because I will never bring my business to them, and I hope that you all don't either. Please, hear me when I say... this is the WORST office! Oh, and I never got my ""yearly check up done"". Absolutely nothing was done!
Pros: You can get an appointment fast.
Cons: Rude and rushed service. Horrible!
