Rosa's has some of the best Mexican food I've tasted in Tucson (which is saying a lot!). The salsa is excellent and my burrito was nearly perfect. Rosa's is a small, busy, and popular -- and the food is the reason why. I have no complaints with my meal, but the service was awful. One waitress took our drink order, someone else took our food order, a bus boy dropped off our food and no one ever checked back with us or refilled our drinks. We sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for our check. They don't do free soda/ice tea refills, but it still would have been nice to get more than one glass of water when eating spicy food!
I believe they do take out- I'll do that next time I'm craving Mexican.
