I moved to a new apartment in Pittsburgh, and needed a couch. So I went to Roomful Express because I saw many ads and heard great things. So I went in and found my couch with little or no problem. Then when I said I needed it delivered, they told me I could call to set it up on Monday (since I wasn't sure when I'd be around yet) and that I would be guaranteed Saturday delivery at the latest. So I called Monday. ""I don't know what to tell you. Saturday is booked and there's nothing we can do about it. You'll have to wait another 2 weeks."" I told them how the salesperson promised me Saturday, but they didn't care. So I tried scheduling it for another day. They called to tell me the time frame for the following day; I said no one would be here (like I told them in the first place), so I got transferred to three other people to try and get another date set up. Then they called me at 7 the next morning to tell me my delivery was delayed to later that day (even though I should have already been rescheduled). I was around during that time, so I was excited. They came to deliver it, and there was a razor rip in the arm of the couch. Then they tell me there's no more in stock and that I could still have that one if I wanted. Then they told me if I didn't want it, I wouldn't be charged the delivery fee. So almost two weeks later, I set it up for a different Saturday, and they called me today to ask a question concerning my delivery. I called back and no one knew what I was talking about. Then I asked about the delivery reimbursement, and they also had no idea what I was talking about and that there would be no reason to give such a thing. I haven't gotten my couch yet, but I promise you, after all of this, I will never buy there again unless I am able to take the furniture with me that day. Hope your luck is better.
