I bought 3 items from this company. A night stand, a dresser, and a bed. The bed had to be put on order because it was not in stock but the other 2 items were available. Upon arrival at home I started unpacking the items and found the legs broke on both of them.\r

I called the RoomStore and told them. They made an appointment for a furniture repair man to come out to the house to see if they items could be repaired. (I bought new stuff and they wanted to repair the items). Luckily when the guy arrived, he said they could not be repaired and requested a replacement for both.\r

Both items were not in stock and needed to be ordered. When they arrived I went to the warehouse to pick them up. Of course this time I inspected the items before I left. (Trip is 120 miles for me and this is trip #2) I found one of the bed rails was broken and they replaced it right then with one that was in stock. On the outside it all looked good. \r

When I arrived at home I went to assemble the bed and found that it was missing an anchor point where the frame rail connects to the foot board.\r

My original purchase was at the end of January. As of the writing of this review it is March 18th. And the lady I just talked to in customer service stated it would be April sometime before they could get someone to come out and look at it to see if it can be repaired. \r

I am very disappointed in the customer service involved with this purchase and the quality of the product. I personally will never order anything from this store again.
