tiramisu was very good, cappuccino truffle was not. why was that called a truffle anyway? had a slight garlic/onion after taste. tiramisu was amazing though. more

I was at the restaraunt and they messed up all over the orders, charged us higher prices than what was on the menu, and had slow service. We were the only people there, i dont know how they managed to mess everything up. Never will i go back. Never. more

We've tried lots of Italian in this area, but this one was the worst for delivery. It took TWO HOURS for our food to arrive. When I called them twice during the second hour to ask where our food was, I was assured both times that the delivery guy was almost here and it would be just a few minutes. Both times she (or the delivery guy) was lying, because it took 40 minutes after the first call and 20 after the second. My husband's meatball sandwich was fine. They got my "Romio's Famous" salad order wrong, too. (I asked for no carrots, but instead I got no tomatoes. They don't even start with the same letter!) We will never order from here again. more

DO NOT EAT HERE 6/29/2011

Our order totaled $62s plus tip. We received three items I would not feed to my dog and he eats crap off the ground. 1 Chicken wings. What we received was a soft, mushy, repugnant pile of chicken bones. 2 Fettuccine alfredo. What we paid $10 for was over cooked long egg noddles in cheap store bought canned sauce. Food was complete crap. Item three was the wrong pizza! I asked for my money back And was told NO. DO NOT GO TO ROMIOS! more

Thumbs down. Bait & Switch tactics with pricing. My order was $2 more when the delivery guy came with the receipt than the receipt I received from eat24hours.com. When I called the restaurant, they said "tough, it's eat24hours problem". Very unhappy with this experience. more

I've been ordering from the Romio's chain for over a decade, and I enjoy their product. Last night may have taken them off of my usual ordering rotation. I ordered through eat24hours.com and my food was delivered even quicker than the 45mins to an hour I was quoted, but then things went south. My chicken caesar salad had no chicken. I promptly called the location to have whoever answer the phone tell me he'd send the driver back with chicken. Pizza was delicious as always. 30 minutes after the initial delivery, o container of chicken was delivered. Sweet. I'm all done eating and now I have a container of chicken to dump into my salad. I propose that next time you offer a credit or send me a full chicken caeser salad, if I order from you again. more

This is my last time ordering from Romio's. Both times they messed up my order. This time I ordered tortellini puttanesca and their cook made it with alfredo sauce. I'm from Jersey. Everybody knows puttanesca is made with a red sauce. I was polite but the woman who answered the phone gave major attitude and made me describe the dish in detail, made me read the email confirmation they sent, and still didn't believe me. Finally she put the cook on the phone and he said they make puttanesca sauce with alfredo and pesto. If you want to have red sauce, you have to ask for it. So now I have to wait another hour for my order, and I'm sure they will have spit in it anyway. NEVER AGAIN! more

Pizza crust is tough, and unflavorful, the salads are beyond disapointing, the antipasta salad was 95 percent lettus with maybe a bite of topping thrown in. Delivery guy was nice, and it was within an hour but will not order again. When I called to point out a mistake in my order, politely, the lady who answered appeared unable to hear /understand me and then began to yell at me. Beyond rude. She wouldnt even listen to my polite suguestion. Maybe she was jsut having a bad night, but it was not an experiance I will repeat. Dominos is terrible but sure a lot better than this place and cheaper. more

I love it that they offer food for those of us wanting low- to no-carb meals. I got a plate of meatballs with sauce and melted cheese that was fantastic! A bit too much salt, maybe, but it was filling and delicious. Thank you so much! more

I decided to give them one more chance. Last time my food tasted like it had gone bad...I couldn't even finish it. Now I'm definitely never ordering from here again. 1. They charged me more than the confirmation on the website said, 2. The order was wrong when it arrived, 3. The food looked like it was put together by a drunk cook, or someone who just wanted to go home. It looked awful and tasted awful. I almost felt like I was eating leftovers scrapped off a table from several hours ago. I hope this place isn't reflective of other Romio's locations. Don't order from downtown. They really don't care about their quality. I wouldn't be surprised if I wake up sick to the stomach tomorrow, from the little bit I managed to shove down my throat due to my hunger. more

Took forever and attempted to charge over $10 for a few TINY 1 oz ramekins of sauce!--Seriously?!?! We love Romio's but will NEVER order from this location again. Try Greenwood's Romio's, they are the best(live and learn)! more
