Having never used professional movers before, my husband and I called this company to find out if we could use them to move us. We asked some simple questions about the hourly and travel costs involved. The woman on the phone became angered when my husband asked if we would be responsible for the travel costs of the movers coming back home. She told him very rudely she couldn't help him and then hung up on him. When he returned the phone call to finish getting the quote, she yelled at him and acted like she was a different person, and she hung up again. She then called us back using caller ID and yelled at him. We had no earthly idea what had upset her and were flabbergasted. He waited a few minutes, called her back and apologized for offending her and tried to finish the conversation. She gave him some quick, rude answers and then hung up for the last time. I cannot imagine how this company gets any business at all if this is the type of customer service you receive when attempting to have simple questions answered. At no time did my husband raise his voice during this conversation, yet she continued to yell, be rude, and unprofessional. I'd rather pack my own boxes and haul them on my back than use Roman's moving Specialists to relocate!
