Customer service is still terrible. I had decided months ago that high school kids were running this location and I would NEVER use them again. I got an e-mail coupon last week and decided to give them another shot. It required online ordering. I followed the instructions, entered my promo code and nothing happened. My free pizza wasn't being deducted from my total. I called the store for instruction and the teenage girl who answered the phone said she didn't know how to help and would transfer me to her manager but instead I was hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and re-explained my problem and he told me he couldn't help me because they had nothing to do with their e-mail coupons, it was handled by another company and he would have to call them and that would take too long. He suggested I just try again. I informed he that I had already tried multiple times and to just never mind. Ordered pizza from Jets. Shoulda started with them in the first place. Always great customer service and a really good pizza. more

As far as I'm concerned, Roma is the best pizza for the money anywhere in the Nippers Corner area. They have frequent specials and never disappoint on quality. The toppings are always generous as well. Its always been ready on time for carry out and delivery always arrives early. Tonight we got a large two topping for less than $9.00, other places just across the street are more than twice as much for half as much food. Its a great place to order Pizza, can't comment on wings or desserts, but it is a great PIZZA place to order PIZZA from. I recommend this place and I'm not the easiest to please. more

i have ordered from them a few times, and tried their wings, i ordered them well done. when they were brought to my home they were not even cooked, still cool in the middle. so i called and spoke with the mng, and he said that it would not happen again and the customer is always righ..BS i unfortunatly gave them another chance and again asked for my wings well done...what a joke barely even cooked again! they will be forever crossed off my list for good more

Recently ordered pizza (which was ok) and cannoli for dessert../which tasted like they had mixed the entire thing with baby powder! This was sick and not edible whatsoever....I'd recommend not eating there!!!!!!!! more

I should have read the reviews...I ordered a salad from my work (which is 1/2 mile away) for lunch. I was told the salad would be there in 45 minutes. Thought that was a little long to throw together a salad and drive it 1/2 mile down the road but whatever. The salad did not actually arrive until just over an hour later. We are talking a SALAD. My lunch totalled over 16.00 for a salad, a 2 litter and a little slice of cake. The delivery driver was aplogetic and nice enough so I thought I would let it go. when I openned the box, the salad was a little skimpy and there are no utensils!!! 16.00 and an hour wait time for a SALAD and I have no utensils. I called the store and got someone VERY rude and argumentative on the phone. So I asked for the manager. To my horror he WAS the manager. Awful awful awful attitude........I will NEVER eat there again. Please be smart.....read the reviews!!! Pros: Food was alright Cons: Customer service is AWFUL more

Worst salads ever...terrible customer service...was delivered an uncooked pizza and had to wait an hour and a half to get a new one with no refund or apology. they acted like it was my fault that they didnt finish cooking it. never order from them. We order from Romas about once a week and it's always a treat. A small Roma's calzone is HUGE (enough to feed two) and very tasty to boot! The beef tortelini is scrumptious. I've never had any trouble from the delivery folks, even when they (rarely) manage to mess up an order (hey, nobody's perfect). Usually, however, the delivery is timely and the food is great. Beats the bejesus out of Dominoes! Pros: Nummy food! Cons: It makes you fat! more

We've been ordering from these guys for a while now and loved their food, but just recently, they messed up our order and didnt bring the right pizza and forgot one of our desserts. so we called them up to get it delivered correctly. they told us we'd have to wait 45 minutes to get it. we said ok. we decided to eat some of the pizza they delivered since we had to wait so long. the delivery guy came back and they gave us the right pizza and the chocolate cake. then he asked for the other pizza back. we gave him the half that was left and he told us we werent supposed to eat the pizza. i said nobody said that we had to do that and he kept his foot in our door and wouldnt let me close it. then he moved his foot and then when the door was closed banged on our door. my question is this- why is our delivery guy angry when they messed up the order? so we call the restaurant cuz at this point, we're thinking who knows what they did to our pizza cuz this guy is so angry he had to bring us the pizza. so when we call them, the manager says this is roma's policy and the girl should have told us. if you order a pizza and they mess it up, you are expected not to eat any of the incorrect food and give it back to the delivery driver. so what I'm wondering is what are they going to do with the food they take back? didn't we leave enough of the pizza as evidence we aren't lying that they messed up our order? thats the last time im ever ordering from these guys cuz they dont know the first thing about customer service.
