Rolling Hills Yoga is THE place to go for prenatal and postpartum yoga. 5 weeks or 10 months on either side of giving birth, these classes will give you energy, courage and a strong body in a supportive and inviting atmostphere. Join other moms (and some daddies) and do some stretching and breathing work to sooth sore muscles, relieve achy backs and relax tired minds. Shannon leads an amazing class in a sensual and comforting voice, quietly taking you to your place of relaxation. These classes were my first yoga experiences and I am now hooked.
