Can't say enough about the service here at Rolfs both Fife and Lakewood. Both shops always neat and clean, coffee not bad either. All my questions about the service being done and about my SL550 are always answered. Techs go out of their way to show me if it's something I am not familiar with. Always leave feeling good. more

They worked very quickly and efficiently, and they have great customer service. The staff were very kind, attentive, and treated me like family. They are very understanding and gave me great insight on fixing and maintaining my car. Called Rolf's based on several peoples great recommendations. They took my BMW in right away, it sounded like it might be a serious issue. They called promptly and let me know what the repairs would be. Had it fixed the very next day. Kassandra the front office person was awesome. She explained everything in full detail. After 15 years and three cars (two mercedes and a landrover) of excellent service at Rolfs, they seem to have lost it. Took the Land Rover in for brakes and when we picked it up, the check engine light came on and was making a bad noise. Front desk girl very confrontational more interested in talking than listening. Left the vehicle with them another day to no avail. They seemed happy with me taking my business elsewhere. The last thing we ever want is to have you feeling that we do not care about your concerns. I have reviewed the repair order upon your return and noted that the technician was complete in their inspection, making sure there was no fault in his prior repairs or diagnostics. He then scanned for faults and noted that there were several misfires noted and detected. He did spend sometime in diagnosing the most common failures that cause this concern, however still needed more time to pinpoint what was failing on your vehicle. At this time it looks as if there was a breakdown in our communication to you and I sincerely apologize. I was wondering if you have had the concern repaired and what the cause was? If not, I would like the opportunity to try and help you get this concern taken care of. It seems as if the diagnostics may be more complex and if needed we have loaner vehicles and/or can get a rental vehicle. I would definitely recommend Rolf's Import Auto Service because they are fast and efficient and they are very detail oriented. If we have any issues, they always answer our phone calls and overall, their customer service is outstanding. I have used them 3 or 4 times now and I have always been very pleased.
