Given his name from AHW. The guy is the rudest plumber I have ever spoken to. Fortunately I got another plumber and didn't have to have any more rude conversations with this person. AHW should be ashamed to use this company and discontinue him at once. more

Yelled At For Not Talking Fast enough... 8/16/2015

If I could give zero stars, I would. This person was dispatched as part of my home warranty for a leak. He never called me, I had to call him. When I did, he hung up on me the first time. The second time, as I was introducing myself, the guy starts screaming at me for not talking fast enough and I am wasting his time. Then hung up on me. So I tried one more time, thinking maybe it was my reception. When I called again he immediately started screaming at me to stop calling him "lady stop calling me" (so he heard enough to know I was female). The rudest person ever. I'm not sure how his business survives when basic human decency is lacking entirely. more

Rudest guy I never met 7/11/2014

AHS put a warranty order into this rude dude, and I called him at 7pm intending to leave a voice message with a question I had. He answered the phone and I have never been talked to so rudely in my life, he then called ASH and told them I called him 9 times after hours. I called once! Needless to say I had another contractor do the work. Run from this guy! more

Never return calls and rude 10/4/2012

I used these guys through my home warranty and I hope to never use them again. They did not return my calls, I called like 3 times, and they were rude. They guy acted like I was an idiot who couldn't tell if my water was cold or not. They didn't do anything other than turn the water heater on and off and said it was fine. It may be, but you should do business a little better. more

Plumbers 8/10/2005

Once they showed up they did do a good job, and were efficient in finding the problem with my plumbing. My biggest problem with them was that they never seem to return calls or even call me back when I tried to schedule an appointment. I went through my home warranty and when they did not call me to make the appointment I had to have the warranty people call and get the appointment scheduled. Again though, once they came, they did excellent work. more
