I found Rocket (Tom) while looking for a local repair company to replace a broken spring. I already had a phone estimate and wanted another. The online reviews were excellent, so I gave him a call.\r
Tom explained, based on the info I gave him, everything he would do and recommended, even giving me options to replace the rollers, which may or may not be in good shape. His phone quote was lower on springs only and only slightly higher than the other company if I added the rollers, but his was all-inclusive; no service fee nor surprises.\r
He offered to come last night, no matter how late. I couldn't do it, so he said ""How early?"" I said, ""The earlier, the better."" He showed up at 6:30am this morning. He went right to work, explained everything and everything was exactly as he described and the price he quoted. The door is now completely balance and quiet, particularly with the new rollers, which are much better than the ones he took off.\r
The springs have a life-time warranty and labor is free for 12 months.\r
