Never again. \r I spent 3 days washing, prepping and organizing clothes, toys, shoes and baby items, drove 45mins, sat in traffic for over an hour on 22, with 3 kids (3yrs, 19months and 3 weeks) only to arrvie 40mins late to a drop off appointment praying that the 'buyer' would be understanding. Not a chance. I was told I could reschedule. The complete lack of compassion or understanding is unacceptable. I will never again shop/support Rock-a-bye-baby. more

BUYER BEWARE! 8/30/2011

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Horrible customer service! I bought a car seat that was to expire in a few months, before I got out of the store, I told them that I was not able to use the car seat more than a few months...they would only give me a store refund.....it was only 5 minutes later....I hadn't even left the store yet. The owner said that is our policy to give refunds only...she told me that AFTER the sale was completed......she never mentioned that at the time of the sale........I told her that I thought she could work with me on this as the car seat is about to expire and I will not be able to use it....she said ""that's our policy"". In my opinion as to the way they deal with things......there is such a thing as policy and then there is such a thing as DOING THE RIGHT THING!! I even asked if there is a fee to refund at the credit card company...I offered to pay that...she still declined and talked about policy. She was more concerned about the almighty dollar in her pocket than doing what was right for the customer. I called the next day to ask what the name of the owner was as she was the person who I was talking to the day of the sale........and the lady on the phone was so NASTY.....and hung up on me!! HUH??? I certainly did not warrant that response as I was just asking a question. I have seven children.......they just lost my business! To me they lost a lot more than the cost of a car seat:( They lose their reputation and customer. Not good business practice. more

Horrible customer service 3/30/2011

I am very disapointed with customer service, I called to confirm appointment which was not accurate on their part, only to have store employee tell me that the day I had scheduled was a diff day, I know I was right I had it in my planner never the less she pretty much hung up on me. I am so disgusted their loss had gorgeous clothes never go there again! more
