Road Runner Moving & Storage

This is the second move Roadrunner performed for us. The first was to move our entire household within Massachusetts. That move was performed within budget, on time and in a way that made our move far easier than our last move. This second move involved moving furniture and boxes we were storing in our basement to a home my parents occupy in Arizona. Once again Roadrunner came in on budget, on time and with wonderful service throughout. The price for the move to Arizona was very reasonable and the move was completed within our time frames – not under timing dictated by the moving company (an experience with had with another mover some years ago that really threw a wrench into our plans). Bottom line, these guys deliver value and quality at a reasonable price. We’ve hired them twice and we’d hire them again! I used Road Runner yesterday for my move and could not have been happier. My inital contact was Dave who replied quickly to my email and was friendly, helpful and sensitive to my situation (moving out of an apartment after a break up). The movers were there exactly on time and practically ran in and out of my old apartment moving my furniture and boxes.The final cost was $30.00 less than the estimate and worth every penny! Everything arrived completly in tact and the movers (Homero, Matt and Roman) could not have been nicer or more professional. They set up my bed for me and made sure to ask where I would like furniture placed. A few hours after the move Dave called to make sure everything went ok and to "check in" as he knew the move was d/t a breakup.
