The Riverwalk is a shopping mall with local specialty shops. It has on the 2nd level fast food court and it has 1 nice restaurant in it, Messinas. Messinas is an old New Orleans restaurant. Third floor has more shops. On each tier one can step onto a long wide balcony and see the MS River and the riverboats and barges traveling up & down. It's handicapped accessible. Be sure to ask where the elevators are to get from each level because they are not visible to the naked eye.
