I have had a very uneasy experience with the staff at Riverton Family Medicine in regards to the care that they have provided to my child. The quality of care for my 7 year old consisted of the following;\r

-Waiting too long to get a referral to children's to be seen by a specialist..\r
-Release from hospital although my child was very ill.\r
-The Dr. being constantly unavailable.\r
-Very poor/rude communication.\r
-Negligence forgetting the pain my child was in.\r
-Negligence in prescriptions prescribed.\r
-Negligence in drawing cbc.\r
-Negligence in quality care provided overall.\r

My family will no longer be treated by this Dr.\r
Switched provider to Seahurst Pediatrics in burien TODAY.\r
